Rohitha Wijasekara is a highly accomplished education and business leader with over three decades of professional experience. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Edvance NZ, based in Auckland, New Zealand, and is also a Director of multiple companies in Auckland for more than 15 years.

Before establishing his career in New Zealand, Rohitha made a significant contribution to Sri Lanka's education sector, serving as a lecturer at a reputed technical institute for over 15 years. His extensive teaching and training experience has helped shape the careers of many students and professionals while contributing to the advancement of technical and vocational education.

In addition to his academic achievements, Rohitha has held senior leadership and directorship positions across several businesses for more than 18 years. His expertise in strategic planning, corporate governance, business development, and organizational management has enabled him to successfully lead and grow organizations across a range of industries.

Darshi Wijesekara is an experienced business leader, travel industry professional, and operations specialist with more than 30 years of experience across the travel, tourism, education, and business sectors.

She currently serves as the Manager – Operations & Administration and Student & Immigration Coordinator at Edvance NZ, where she plays a key role in supporting students and clients throughout their education and immigration journeys, while also overseeing the organization's administrative and operational functions.

Darshi is currently a Director of multiple companies in Auckland, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka, with more than 20 years of directorship experience. Her extensive experience in business management, strategic planning, customer service, and organizational leadership has contributed to the growth and success of numerous ventures.

Her career in the travel industry began as a Travel Consultant, progressing through senior roles including Senior Travel Executive and Travel Manager. Through dedication, industry expertise, and strong leadership skills, she successfully established her own businesses and has served as a Director in the travel sector and other industries in New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

With a strong commitment to client service and professional excellence, Darshi brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership experience to Edvance NZ. Her passion for helping people achieve her educational, travel, and migration goals has earned her a reputation as a trusted professional and respected business leader within the community.
